When Extracting the Honey
- Filter thru two layers of chiffon
- All 3 filled exactly the same — at exactly the middle of the glass ring below the cap. (Or above that)
- Clean the bottle and lid
- Switch out the caps just before turning in the bottles - no honey on the lids (as that takes away points)
- No labels - the fair will give you a label with a number
